• Orders are typically processed and handed over to the shipping company within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times may vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after being shipped.

Receiving Your Order

When your order arrives, we highly recommend that you inspect the package in the presence of the delivery driver before signing for it.

• If your package appears damaged, crushed, or tampered with, or if there are missing items, ask the courier to document the issue in a report.
• Refuse delivery if the package is severely damaged and request the damage report from the courier.

What to Do If There Is an Issue with Your Order?

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please follow these steps:

1. Obtain a damage/missing item report from the delivery carrier.
2. Do not discard the package or any damaged items.
3. Contact our customer support team at support@mamuxa.store with:
   • A copy of the courier report
   • Photos of the damaged package or items
   • A brief description of the issue
4. Send the affected products back to us along with the report and the original invoice.

Once we receive and verify your returned item(s), we will:

• Send a replacement as soon as possible OR
• Issue a full refund if a replacement is not preferred.
