No changes can be made to an existing order. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it for a full refund and place a new order. If your order has already been shipped, you’ll need to return the items for an exchange.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. However, you can contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with address modifications.
