You will receive a confirmation email with your shipping carrier details and tracking number once your order has been shipped. This email will be sent to the address you provided during registration.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. However, you can contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with address modifications.

If you’re not home for delivery, the shipping carrier will leave a notice. You can contact the carrier or the designated pickup location mentioned in the notice to arrange collection.

Your order will be delivered only to the address and recipient you specify. If you need someone else to receive your package, please contact Customer Support in advance.
